hello - MHG - please come and sit with me to discuss your feelings - i do believe you are seeing things a little bit too extreme. there are no under-hand dealings, no abusive behaviour, no threatening or socially unacceptable issues here.
We have tried to culture a multi - everything - environment. We cater for ALL, and that is: age, colour, style and opinion.
We don't tolerate: bad attitude, socially unacceptable behaviour and tittle-tattle

so, again - i invite you to meet with the staff and management and even the locals who are in at the time of your visit.

We are in the business of selling alcohol, and we do this responsibly. In fact i would go as far as to say super-responsibly.

We apologise that your visit was not enjoyable and have checked with as many people we can who were present that day .

really nice warm and friendly pub

we ate there and it was a huge plateful for a fair price

watching footy without having to jostle or crane my neck - big telly's

good job
