The Boogaloo, Highgate

They seem to operate a fairly fascist 'unspoken' door policy, where if your face doesn't fit (only reason I can think of) they will either refuse to let you in, or get rid of you by making you move tables a lot or turning the lights off where you're sitting. Pretty poor.

Essentially, if you consider skinny jeans the sine qua non of fashion and think johnny borrel is a rock genius, you will love this place. And it will love you too (as well it should, considering how much they charge for flat beer).

Otherwise... don't go there. It's not really a 'pub' in the usual sense, just a place where wannabes and other entourage types can take their hair-dos without fear of being laughed at. Let's leave them to it.
