The Du Cane Arms, Witham

This place has changed hands recently and is now looking much better. I've been there a couple of times now and have been very impressed with the new "look", friendly staff and posh food! Amongst their other dishes they serve traditional pub grub but with a twist and of a much higher standard. I guess this would now be classed as a gastro pub. I think it's a great transformation as they have breathed new life back into the place.
