Not very impressed. The menu was all over the place. I had a "chicken & mushroom suet pudding" and it tasted bland, was very very heavy. Far too expensive. Nice inside, though.

The Swan at Marbury, Marbury
Went last night based on previous reviews. Dinner for a tenner, two courses & coffee. Can't remember such a bargain! The local lamb's liver on colcannon was absolutely delicious. And they serve Crannachans in the dessert list! YUM! Really, really nice place, all candlelit, top service, and a good chinwag with the very nice (!) Landlord. I booked again for next week. Can't say more than that!
