The Anchor Inn, Hartfield

Have to agree with previous comments about the poor customer service at this place. Checked their website, said food served until 2pm, but turned up at 1.50, after a very long walk, to be told they had stopped serving. Place is looking a bit tired and unloved - used to like it here but has gone downhill a lot in last few years. The Hay Wagon round the corner serves food until 2.30 and does a great fish and chips!
