The Hare and Hounds, St Albans

Since the odd incident a little while back with the pub closing and reopening, have popped in a couple of times and it's seemed very hit and miss. Back garden in need of a clean up, litter and cigarette butts out there - not terribly nice. Think there may have been a change of management and it's gone down market. That said, quite a lot of people sitting at the tables by the side in the good weather.
I get the feeling it's a lack of care being taken.
