The Hollybush Inn, Hollybush

The Hollybush used to be a local community pub with a great reputation for food. On the plus side they still have a pleasant staff and decent chef, but on the negative side the place has lost its soul and the welcome is no longer very warm. The prices in the bar and restaurant have started to rise, while the quality of the produce used in the restaurant has noticeably dropped. No more well hung beef that was worth the premium cost, just premium cost and cheap cuts.
The Kirkton Inn and Minishant Inn are looking a better bet. Sad, but true!
