The Royal Exchange, Hartpury

Really disappointing, staff were rude, they clearly don't need the trade. Had planned on a meal but quickly decided to go elsewhere (Rising Sun just up the road was so much better).

The Rising Sun, Hartpury

Lovely local pub, nothing pretentious but with a great atmosphere and a warm welcome at the door. Plenty of guest beers, loved the Scuttles ale. Meals are good value and well tasty. Will be back again for sure.

The Walwyn Arms, Much Marcle

Great pub with plenty of parking, and lovely outdoor area/picnic tables to enjoy the sun. Plenty of meal choices, including designer pies and locally supplied sauges. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Definitely will be going back again! If you are into walking, this area is brilliant, especially along the Marcle ridge.
