The Pilot Inn, North Greenwich

For such a populated town as Greenwich this place is truly out of the way.
Plenty of buses nearby but a long walk from town (although only 10 minutes from North Greenwich). It is an old pub next to small terrace of houses. They are the only pre 1995 buildings for about 1 mile around I think.
Food is good , especially the fish. Not always open all day (I think) so check first.

The Guildford, Greenwich

Back street pub in the posh part of town not too far from main station but a fair way from town centre.

Here on a winters Wednesday night and it was dead. That said what did I expect?
Looks a tad clinical. Modern wooden tables and flooring.
I have heard the food is very good and so is the garden. Will venture back.

The Ashburnham Arms, Greenwich

Like this place. Friendly locals offering their papers to read.
Out of the way a bit but close to the main station if you know where you are going. They had a cat, he looked a cool dude..
