The Old Bell, Old Oxted

Attended their first quiz and thoroughly enjoyed it (even though we came last). Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere, well worth a visit. Quiz Master dressed to impress. Love the place, will definitely return.

The Mucky Duck Inn, Tismans Common

Garden furniture broken with nails sticking up.
Garden chess set badly broken / no white draughts.
Signs up everywhere - 'Children not welcome and shouldn't be in pubs' - 'If you don't like cats or dogs take your custom elsewhere'.
One of our drinks glasses chipped.
Visted on Fathers Day at lunchtime, pub empty and chef sitting watching the Grand Prix on TV.
Left after one drink and went to the Fox Inn nearby which was a pleasure to visit.
