Just a quick follow-up to my post of 12 April in order to give management of the pub and Nicholson's proper respect for promptly responding to a formal complaint that I made through Nicholson's. The individuals with whom I spoke were sincere in offering apology for the poor service and offered to make it up to me and my mate. That shows real class. Thanks.

Wow! What a terrible end to an otherwise great evening. Great location for a pub without a doubt, but the staff's obnoxiously rude behavior taints this pub beyond repair. I highly recommend against ever going, ESPECIALLY if you're on the official Nicholson's pub crawl and looking to get a shirt. The manager at first didn't want to honor the terms of the pub crawl and then lied about not having shirts. In the end, the manager tore the map out of my hand and tossed it in the garbage and gruffly told someone to get shirts for us. My friend and I were polite from the start and we did nothing whatsoever to earn such treatment. Obviously, the manager has no interest in the pub crawl, despite clearly displayed signs saying that they welcome crawlers. Shame on you!
