There once was a pub that welcomed its regular customers, there once was a pub that catered for all its regular customers, there was once was a pub that didn't rip off its regulars. Its no longer this pub.
Ignore the advert in the Taste magazine.
It's not friendly, there is no atmosphere - no music, no games, no reasonably priced food, no people ..... at least not locals. If asked for your opinion, dont give it, you will be barred if there is any hint of negativity. Shame really it was a lovely country pub,

The Lamb Inn, Yapton

If you haven't visit the pub since the end of April 2010 please go and meet the new manager Doug and his staff team. This is a return to how your local pub should be; friendly staff, a range of lagers and real ales, a wide ranging menu, with excellent fresh fish choices. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and everyone will go the extra step to ensure that your visit is the best expereince it can be, whether you are just popping in for a drink, meeting friends or planning to eat.
If you have previously visited prior to April this year and been let down by your visit, please try the Lamb again, this time you won't be disappointed
