The Lamb Inn, West Wittering

We visited this pub after a day at the beach, we drove past the signs advertising 'Good Pub Food'! We stopped there for a meal and to be honest was greatly disapointed.

I went and placed my order and a very frosty lady semi greeted me, althrough my stay at the pub she was particularly unhelpful and everything I asked for seemed to much hassle for her, I found this out of order especially when I was paying over the odds for my food anyway.

We spent 33 pounds on 2 beers, 1 glass of wine and fish and chips for two which I found was very expensive! Apparantly The Lamb Inns fish and chips are famous but I really didn't understand why. I have tasted better from a fish and chip shop and for half the price. My partners arrived with items missing, there was no offer of would you like any sauces, would you like any thing else, can I get you a drink, is everything ok for you... Nothing at all!!

If you want my opinion your better off not stopping at all here, keep driving past and don't believe the signs on the side of the road.

Well below average on pretty much everything. Save your money and buy some food else where.
