The Lamplighter, St Helier

definitely the best pub in Jersey, 8 hand pulls of ale and 4 cider, beers from Ringwood, Marstons, 2 from Guernsey and 1 Jersey beer. I tried the local Jersey Flyer a tip top beer in perfect beer. Also tried Pushtang from White Rock brewery in Guernsey, a new one to me. This was also absolutely lovely. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, showed me directions where i wanted to go. And even recommended another pub to try other ales. The food coming out looked very good even though I didn't try any myself, maybe tomorrow. A vast whisky list which you have to see to believe, an outstanding pub, definitely worth a visit. A type of pub we used to have in England.
