The Pear Tree, Hammersmith

I visited the pear tree last night for a quiet drink and some supper, and all i can say is - what an improvement! i had the unfortunate experience of visiting here before the new owners took it over and they have done a marvellous job with the place, making me pleased to have a new nice local. Definitely try the food here, it is all very good quality dishes with a comforting home made feel. Also, if you just fancy sitting with a book, then this place is ideal - the staff are super friendly, but will happily leave you alone to while away the afternoon.

Definitely recommend it.
