The Dukes Head, Hamstreet
I have to disagree with some of the earlier comments, the Dukes Head is a nice, friendly village pub thats well worth a visit.
It makes an excellent base for walkers and cyclists alike, and is a great place to sit and enjoy the village in the early evening.
The staff are pleasent, the food is great and it seems the "foul mouthed guys" have moved on.
