The Hand and Shears, Barbican

This pub is a joke. When we arrived there was a huge fiasco regarding the changing of a barrel. When I asked for a head on my pint the (very sulky) lady behind the bar snarled "well you'd better drink some first". The pint she gave me back was like dishwater. Later in the evening one of my friends asked for pints to be pulled with heads on - the guy behind the bar topped them up with lemonade!!! A shame really as this should be a convivial pub.
