The Queen Mary, Embankment

I went to the Queen Mary tonight at 9.05 and was greeted at the door by the rudest bouncer ever. He asked " are we expecting supermarket prices?" when we requested a better price than the standard cover charge when there were 7 of us. And this was five minutes after they had started charging. I raised this to the manager Gary who assured us this was not standard practise. when we left we were requested to "leave the premises" because we were being "aggressive" when we were waiting to say goodbye to our friend who's birthday it was, when we were standing by the door in a very ordinary fashion. No surprise it was the exact same bouncer. I was disappointed with an establishment who has a reputation of having superior service to be treated like cheapskates and agressive individuals. I hope everyone will take note and realise that this venue is completlety overrated in its respect.
