We like to read what everyone has to say and hope to always try and improve. I think my staff are amonst the politest in London and we have alway tried not to be like West End clubs, so obviously it is dissapointing to read people who have had a bad night. I am not sure there is much need for personal insults, and the story about the coffee made me laugh as 1) I dont drink Coffee 2) I drink tea made from a kettle in our office... I am not sure why someone who tell such an absurd lie. My office staff have worked for 2 - 6 years for me, around 8 of them. Not sure it can be than bad! Also i laughed at the under age drinkers comment as people complain as we insisit on photo ID at the door. People are only ever removed from the club if they are abusve of violant. As 700 people are watching it does not pay to throw someone out for complainging, and anyway we take complaints seriously.
Anyhow, I am sorry a few of you did not enjoy or like the place and we honestly do try to listen to what people say and will take the sensible comments on board
