The George Inn, Barford St Michael

What a find! This is a lovely looking pub (thatched roof, nice beer garden, traditional interior), with great beer (I had 4 different real ales, mostly local, all in great condition in one evening) and a really warm welcome. The landlord, his dog and locals all very friendly. Children are welcome (well-behaved ones), and food isn't served (so no smells) but snacks on sale. This pub is definitely worth seeking out.
