The Bunch of Grapes, London Bridge

Going there for a pint with you mates, probably ideal, going there for lunch with your parents......I wouldn't do that again. Ordered food at the bar, the lady took the order 3 times, very casual and 'whatever' attitude......and surprise, she got it wrong!

The fella who then brought the food out, very polite and tried hard but needs guidance and training on customer service! Food was just ok, Welsh Rarebit......squeezy cheese sauce on cold toast!

I have been there on a Saturday night and was great atmosphere. As i said, place to have a laugh and drink up with your mates. Lady manager, helpful, polite, friendly, pub let down by sloppy attitude of some of the staff working that day.
