The Running Horse, Leatherhead
The best pub in Leatherhead has now got better! Has been taken over by a family (Mum and Dad own it, Older son is the Chef, Younger son is the Manager). Two pool teams. One darts team (I play for it). Bar is small but very good atmosphere. Fruit machine, quiz machine and well stocked juke box. The lounge is well frequented by the locals, live music every month, morris men still welcome. Food is excellent and can be eaten at the bar, at your table, in the seperate dining area or in the seperate resturant. Beers, Ales and lagers are excellently kept. 3 of my own family work there also. (1 as cleaner, 1 as bar staff and 1 as assistant chef). Well worth a visit.
