The Moon Inn, Stoney Middleton

Poor welcome, pub empty on a fri evening, says it all. Hobgoblin real ale on so was really hopefully but pint was awful. No alcohol free lager for the driver...standard now in most pubs so disappointing. A resident was trying to explain what no gluten meant and was asked inane questions like will Yorkshire pudding be ok!!! Left my pint..it was too awful to drink...and no one was around to care. Do not bother,,,travel a little further up the road to three stags at ward low or red lion at litton.
