The Trout Inn, Bickleigh

Visited today on a complete whim! Pub under new management and thought we would give it a go as they have a new children's playroom(we have a 1yr old). Our visit was amazing, staff and service were friendly and efficient offering us some very thoughtful hospitality. The pub it's self is in great shape and the play room is loaded with toys. Our daughter was in heaven. And then there's the food. We had the muscles and they were to die for-the best we have ever eaten, knocking our favourite Cornish fishing village haunts off the top spot. The food is outstanding!!!!! Fish fresh in daily from brixham and meat from a local farm shop just down the road. You can't get better-what a find. Needless to say we will be visiting again very soon and I would thoroughly recommend this place. A totally family friendly pub with food that is some of the best I have ever tasted! 10 out of 10!
