The Spencer Arms, Putney

Pleasant location for a summer pint but appalling food and service. The steak and chips is a particularly bad example at �12.95 a pop. When our group complained that the meat was overcooked (well done as opposed to rare), too small (braising steak folded over twice!) and the chips clearly refried, the manager refused to accept our opinion as valid! I would not recommend this pub to anyone.
