The Hope, Wandsworth Common

Another pub neglected by the corporate landlords relying on its location to make some serious money - and it does I am sure. If only the staff could serve more efficiently and more friendly and not keep me waiting for 15 mins whilsy pretty young lasses get a look in before me. One guy wouldn't take someones bank card because it had a crack in it (it worked of course). The other girl couldn't tell me nor cared what they sold. The place needs a major revamp.

The Prince Albert, Notting Hill

We visited this pub in the week and were not surprised by the lacklustre service and homegeniety of this place and the other managed places in the area. OK, its a convenient place to meet but thats about it. After one of the tables we were drinking on outside spilt a load of pint glasses on the floor (as it wasn't fixed to the legs) the manager and staff pretty much denied any responsibility or interest. Customer service falls short here - I won't go again. M&B sort out your staff please.
