This was a fantastic pub in the 1980s, but went severely downhill around 1991. Avoid.

The Black Horse, Iver Heath

After a visit to Wembley, my Father's car broke down and we managed to get to this pub. Joanne and her barmaid (sorry, didn't catch the name) were welcoming and understanding, and made us feel unrushed as we waited for the AA to arrive. My only regret is I didn't get to sample the ale on tap due to working the next day and knowing I was going to have no sleep as it was!

Not sure if I'll ever be near there again, but if you are I'd recommend the place.
