The Prince Albert, Twickenham

Always good and pleasant service here, with plenty of bar staff. You never have to wait long and the "Pride" is tip top.
The Thai food is lovely and the portions generous. I'd rather eat here than in any Thai restaurant.

The William Web Ellis, Twickenham

Even though I am a seasoned regular of the "Ellis" I have to post a word to the wise.
This is the cheapest pub in Twickenham but on a match day becomes the dearest. You have to accept a plastic pot, and pay £4.50 for bitter, (normally £2.55) this wouldn't be half as bad if you could get a decent ale but all the goodies are taken off leaving "Green King IPA" (gnat's), Doombar and Pride. Us regulars go elsewhere on match days.

The William Web Ellis, Twickenham

Sadly the prices of The Monday Club have gone up from £1.99 to £2.35, a staggering 18% rise. I emailed JDW for an explanation but just got a standard reply of we are still competitive against other chains.
