Still the best bar in Weymouth if you value customer service, a warm welcome, quite the widest range of wines, spirits, bottles, cocktails and so on. Limited range of beer, less so for lager and Stowford Press Cider too. Wonderful freshly cooked food too with an emphasis on personal service. Tea or coffee - that too. What more could you ask. This place is in a class of its own

Small size adds to the atmosphere which is warm & friendly. Diverse range of customers of all ages. Particularly rate all the staff - for making customers feel welcome. Home cooked food & seating outside. A treasure in its own way.

The Royal Portland Arms, Portland

Pleasant old-fashioned, in the best sense of the word, locals pub. Ever changing real ales, often at least one local brew, and cider too. Dog friendly if you are out walking. Music too some evenings.
