Plus side - The drinks are cheap. Staff are occassionally medicated pre-shift so you do get a smile now and then.

Down sides -

You can wait up to 20 minutes to get served due to the weekly changing staff needing to take their post-lobotomy medication.

I asked for half a pint of Kronenburg today and got it in a pint glass, they're THAT gormless.

The loud clans of old men hording the centre of the pub 24/7 with mouths like sewers need sorting out.

I've several times seen children being served in there.

No decent smoking area, making us all stand out the front door squeezed between the building and the rail making other people coming in and out of the pub breathe our smoke is very cramped and unpleasant for them and us.

Fire exits - One leads into a very narrow alley containing wall to wall brambles so it's either get ripped to pieces or burn alive if there's a fire. The other leads onto a suitably empty area for a smoking zone which for some reason is not used as one.

The chef needs shooting. I had an absoltetly vile chicken bap there the other day and threw up when I got home. The burgers aren't so bad though. Staff tend to leave the food sent down in the lift in there until it's just about cold enough to serve, this is apparently how they've been trained. Don't bother asking for it being heated up or replaced as this will take another 30-45 minutes and a refund is only offerred if you don't have time to wait.

NEVER order Guinness there unless you have a taste for raw sewage. Too many Bitters and not enough Beers.

The toilets are just filth, I'd imagine better amenities in a Cambodian prison.

Apart from that it's a 'delightful' place, especially on a monday night when it turns into a college mess room.
