The Freemasons Arms, Hampstead

Terrible service, very disappointing pub
Inefficient, poorly managed staff. Waited half an hour at the bar each time, made all the more frustrating by the large numbers of staff milling around pointlessly in the restaurant and seating areas.
Loads of tables left covered in empty glasses, half eaten food, and other detritus for hours in the sun.

Have never written a review of a pub or any other establishment before, but the dissapointing, rude and inefficient service received at the Freemasons last night has inspired me to register on this site to help other drinkers to find somewhere better to spend their Sunday evenings!
