The Wishing Well, Pondwell

Clearly, they do have a grude, but i visited this pub again and it has gone so far down hill it was quite unbelievable, half of the good staff that were there the first time i visited seemed to have been dismissed/quit. This was one of the downfalls, also the food was undercooked, tasteless and clearly rushed. Another downfall i encountered was the staff, very scatty and rude, they did not check to see if my meal was ok, when they could clearly see my husband and i were not satisfied. When we finally decided to make a complaint, we were dealt with in a " couldnt care less" manor. This also upset us and we feel the pub overall has changed dramatically throughout the year i would advise you not to go there as i would not wish this experience on anyone else.
