Friendly hillside pub that fills up with rugby or football on TV but with a happy, non-obnoxious crowd so a great place to watch a game. Pilgrim Progress seems to be a regular ale and very good it is too.

Excellent beer choice for a GK pub, and all ales very well kept. Thai food comes highly recommended too, and the regulars, staff and management are all exceptionally friendly. Baffled as to why this pub doesn't make it into the Good Beer Guide, but as a result it remains Redhill's best kept secret!

The Garland, Redhill
Like a country pub parachuted into town, the Garland is difficult to beat as Redhill's top pub (although the White Lion at the top of the hill is giving it a good go). Consistently excellent ales - pretty much the full Harveys' range - with a full bottled selection as well.
