My birthday celebration was completely ruined by one meal that had to be returned twice. We were not offered an alternative, none of the staff seemed to care, and our party member went home hungry.
I sent a letter of complaint to the manager Samantha Matthews. This was handled in such an appalling manner that eventually I went to see her personally. She tried several tactics to avoid seeing me, but I waited for her. She told me she was far too busy to deal with me. I was polite but couldn't believe it when SHE INSULTED ME TO MY FACE, and told me that I was patronising her!
I do hope that one day she will realise that it is customers like me who provide her livelihood.
