The South Western, St Denys

Have been using this place on and off for years but it has just become ridiculously expensive for what is on offer and seems to have lost its way a bit. The landlord seems pretty complacent, perhaps thinking there is little competition now the Junction has closed, and shows little interest in looking after his customers or improving the place. It does have a reasonable selection of beers but service and facilities have stagnated while the prices are constantly rising to the point where I, and most of the people I know, have just about given up on it - shame really as it does have the potential to be a decent neighbourhood pub in the right hands.
