Having read some of the previous comments. The staff and management's rudeness has been excused because it's the rugby and because it's busy. When we got there our group were pretty much the only people in the pub and they were still unpleasant.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I went to this pub before the Rugby 7s. There was a group of 40 of us. Despite the fact that we were spending a lot of money in the pub, the staff were exceptionally rude, arrogant and horrible show offs. I have never experienced anything quite like it. I was disgusted with the way we were treated and I will NEVER go back here. It's a shame considering it's in a great location to get the shuttle buses to the stadium.
