The Ship, Southfleet

One of the worst pub meals I have ever endured! The starter of deep fried Brie was cold, greasy and rubbery, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what the main course of fish and chips would bring. I sent it back, as again it was all cold. My friend's wasn't even cooked through. The fish was raw in the middle and again we sent it back. There was far too much thick greasy batter, too. The ice cream sundae was refreshing on a hot evening, but totally lacking in imagination and covered in horrid whipped cream from an aerosol. The coffee was sent back by two of us, basically because again it was cold and so weak it just tasted of watery milk.

Won't be returning!
