The Moon Under Water, Colindale
I've been to this pub a few times and it's much better than it gets credit for on here. It used to be a hole a couple of years back, but the current staff seem to have picked it up a bit.
The doors seem to have been fixed - no more dreadful banging and, whilst I'm yet to see the actual manager, I've seen "duty managers" around plenty of times, often taking out plates and collecting glasses making them easily accessible if you need help. The staff are friendly enough, even though English is clearly not a first language for many (on my last visit, there was an English guy behind the bar and two Polish girls, including the duty manager) but they try well enough. It was pretty quiet at the time, but there was no wait and a wide range of drinks, as expected of a Wetherspoon's pub. I wasserved by the English guy and he was friendly and knew plenty about the history of the pub - something I always find impressive.
Food is alright - you get what you pay for, really. It's generally warm and filling and for the prices they charge you can't really fault it.
Clientele seems to be mostly regulars at the front - old men, some of whom were rather rude to other customers and staff alike (couple of dirty old pervert types hitting on one of the female staff members), but generally they leave you alone. Despite having a lot of regulars, it's not a "regulars pub".
A bit lacking in soul, but that seems to be common to a lot of Wetherspoon pubs.
