The Bell Inn, Almeley

The clientele here are your typical village elderly-men-who-all-know-one-another. The pub itself is also as one would expect - traditional and nice enough, but far more run-down than their advertising would suggest. However, we found their barman had such an impolite and inconsiderate attitude, we decided to leave after only one drink and head elsewhere for lunch.

I would similarly suggest anyone living in or visiting Almeley travel to other local villages and sample their public houses instead. Better alternatives are easy to come by.
