Gone for good, now, by the looks of things. Pity. A decent old fashioned gay pub playing 70s dance music back in the day!

The Lamb and Lion, Bath

Bath is full of quite wealthy middle class types, but the customers in here happily don't fit that demographic. It is a big pub, and usually quite busy (and getting served can sometimes take a while), with a very mixed range of ages. It is not really a real ale drinkers pub. Compared to some of the pretentious places in Bath, I rather like it.

The Queens Head, Chelsea

Not a bad little pub, and a good place for striking up a casual conversation. A lot of the customers now seem nongay, but you still get the old Chelsea queens (thank God). Beer not the main attraction, frankly.
