The Raven, Stamford Brook

The Raven used to be a nice pub, but sadly it has gone down hill recently. On the food side, i haven't had a good dining experience, the only one i can remember is when there was far too much chilli powder in my soup - the chef claimed to have added it to make it a bit more interesting?! The staff can be rude and unhelpful and show little respect for others. It's become edgy and a bit too 'cool', and it doesn't really fit the area. If you want to have a drink surrounded by shreaking teenagers this is your place.
