Personnally i would avoid this place like the plague after the disgusting manner in which me & family were treated. Unwelcoming & rude antisocial staff. We visited this place for one of my wifes 50th birthday treats. (Big mistake). To cut a long story short, we arrived at about 17:10hrs, we, as in me, my wife, my son, my daughter, my daughters boyfriend & my 3 grandchildren, aged 5yrs, 3yrs & 20months, we ordered drinks at the bar, but were told rudely that it was the food order point and to move to the correct area. When we ordered food, we were told that the curry (for me), wasn`t available till after 6, my grandaughters meal came with chips, when we requested mash potato instead, we were told no way, although it is on other dishes on the menu. The food food arrived 60/70 minutes after ordering. BUT, the biggest problem was when my daughter released the harness on the highchair provided, my grandaughter slid down through the footwell and got her head stuck, hence major panic, whilst my daughter took her weight, i tried to prise the tray upwards to release her head, whilst all this was going on, a member of staff by the name of MEL, told us to keep the noise down, unbelievable, no assistance, no offer of a first aider, no finding out what all the commotion was about, after releasing my grandaughter, by now badly shaken, my wife tried to locate this MEL, only to find her laughing about the incident with another member of staff. After asking for the manager, we ended up with his wife 20 minutes later. After a heated discussion the matter as far as we all are concerned is still not resolved, there was no compassion, no, is my grandaughter ok, nothing and to top it all, we had to pay the bill in full. Disgusting, Rude, Antisocial. It`s certainly a birthday, my wife will not forget.
