The Fox, Brackley

Recently had a venue in the evening and supplied our own food and food service items. The music was overly loud for a confined space, the beer was marginal, and later when we went to collect the items of our own (some professional catering standard trays) the pub barman just shrugged it off as if it wasn't their problem.
I can only guess that they either gave the items away, or are currently using them for themselves in the pub. I don't know, as I said I can only guess.
But the total lack of concern and care of customers own goods is worrying, along with being shrugged off after asking politely!
I know they now have that one customer who will discuss it with ten others!
