my favourite pub in Liverpool. city centre, well kept Cains (plus guests), quality service, friendly atmosphere, reasonable snack selection and they even have the footy on when there's a big game (and you can usually get a seat). great stuff.

cosy, friendly atmosphere and fantastic quality ale, consistantly excellent. nice decor too, a perfect pub for after work pint-and-paper situations.
