A really nicely refurbished pub spoilt by the choice of manager who deliberately turns his back on you when you go to the bar, refused to put my beer in a straight glass, accused me of being �mean� when I asked him to top up my short-measured glass and answered "yes" when I asked him "are you unhappy about topping beer up?".....
