Bridgewater Hotel, Worsley
The Bridgewater recently reopened and has been nicely refurbished. However, whilst the food is quite good, the service is incredibly slow. When I visited yesterday it took over half an hour for the food to reach the table, despite the pub being almost empty. On the previous occasion I visited it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. So be warned: Be prepared to wait ages for food, but as for me, I won't bother in future!
