Sway Bar, Holborn

Went to this bar the other night, not a bad venue and the staff all really worked hard and were happy to help. What I really hated was the Hitler attitude of the manager, I use the term loosly, he was was from south africa I think and had the master servent attitude. He was terrible, rude and an all round bad egg. Really rotten to the servers. We had a good night with the other customers and staff but this "Manager" should get the sack. I found out too they pay the staff bugger all too, makes it worse.

The Wargrave Arms, Marylebone

Went for a drink in this pub for the first time the other night having read some of the positive reports. Being honest the beer was fine, always a plus but the staff just were not interested. I read a previous report saying how friendly the young man behind the bar was, but not this time, he was`nt there obviously. The scottish lady behind the bar had a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp and was unpleasent to deal with. We just sat a enjoyed the beer. Its such a shame the staff on this occasion were rubbish, would have made all the difference.
