Dear Ashleighne (is that how you spell your name ?). You seem to be the only one singng your own praise.....I would suggest you stop slagging off Yvonne and get on with your job. Trying to be clever with your 'anonymous' comments is not really doing anyone any favours. If you really think you would be a good manager then have a word with your boss rather than slagging off your former employer on a website.
