The Worlds End, Camden

A lively atmosphere and loud music greets you at the entrance and then you get a sense of the huge space that is The World's End. It is usually frequented by a young/student/'20/30 something' crowd which seems to be a "meet n' drink" pub at the start of an evening (because of it�s close proximity to Camden Town tube) as opposed to somewhere where you would want to go and drink. I'm sorry to say that The World's End has unfortunately let itself down. The gent�s toilets present you with the overbearing smell of urine and dirty waterlogged floors. When inside the gents, it gives the impression whether they have ever been cleaned at all. The carpets are dirty and seem to stick to your shoes as you walk around and the bar staff (on occasion) don�t seem to have the sense of urgency to serve it�s customer�s, which in fairness, is probably due to it�s high turnover of part-time staff.

This pub has so much potential, and if it were to refurb it�s toilets, clean it�s carpets regularly and have more �professional� bar staff, then this pub could be one of the best pubs in London.
