The Norfolk Arms, Russell Square

Visited 28/4/10 - the place is very noisy, staff couldn't seem to care less and are constantly badgering you to order food, were very rude when we asked for more (food was good, if pricey) at 10.10pm, 'kitchen's closed'. Started clearing up the pub, stacking chairs etc before 11pm, brought bill super fast and basically shovelled us onto the street before 11.10pm. Really not a nice place at all - and as other reviewers have said, it's a restaurant in the shell of a pub. Don't go if you just want a pint.
